How can a cell phone company tie Valentine’s Day to their unlimited messaging service? Virgin Mobile did it by promoting a whole new kind of messaging—promiscuous text—and providing trained “professionals” to text with. At letshavetxt.com, visitors could view videos of our sexy texting professionals and, even better, practice promiscuous text with live operators. “Quickies” gave them ideas for their own sexy texts. And a link to virginmobileusa.com made it easy to sign up for the unlimited messaging that makes promiscuous text possible.
