Liberty Sigorta, since 2007, offers a wide range of products and services such as marine, engineering, agriculture, commercial property insurances, in addition to personal auto, homeowners and personal accident insurances customised to customer needs. What distinguishes Liberty Insurance from other insurance companies is how much it cares about its customers. So, in order to show Liberty Insurance’s characteristics, we had to make a humorous statement. Accordingly, we created an radio spot about an unusual story with a twisted end. The presenter, very dramatically, starts telling an usual story about UFOs, Meteorites and lightnings. As the story goes on the issue gets more and more dramatic and we learn that there is a person whose car/house/orchard is ruined. In the end all that person cares is his possessions, so does Liberty Insurance.

V/O: It was a perfectly ordinary day for Mustafa, who slowly walked towards his precious car. So it also was for humanity. Until that moment, that is...

V/O: On the 23rd of August Mustafa and his colleagues at the office witnessed something incredible: A flying saucer with a diameter of around 18 m sent a beam of light, and pulled up a car parked in front of the office.

V/O: It took only 8 seconds for the UFO, which had been the subject of countless movies and documentaries so far, to snatch the car and fly away...

V/O: Minutes after the incident, while national TV channels started interviewing witnesses, NASA suspended all its programs and sent Richard Thomas, who had been researching the subject since 40 years, to Turkey with his team. The Russian Space Research Center on the other hand, announced that they were ready to offer support, and were following developments closely.

V/O: BBC, Euronews, and CNN asked a barrage of questions to eye witnesses who were still under shock; while the DailyMirror and the Telegraph printed special editions.

V/O: 8 seconds’ worth of images caught on the security camera were viewed by 90 million people within 1 hour; and at the same time, over 8 million tweets were sent with the hashtag #UFOinTurkey.

V/O: While all the world was focused on the UFO which beamed up a parked car; Mustafa, its owner, had only one thought in mind...

Mustafa: So, where is my car?

V/O: On that day, there was only one other who was thinking about the car, just like Mustafa.
