Description

The ThinkPal was designed and produced to provide the right answer to any question asked concerning who could best handle a given need. It was delivered to the IBM team within an authentic-looking IBM packing box, complete with a helpful instruction manual, which included several leading sample questions.

Outcome

75% of the team called the day they received the ThinkPal, warmly responding to its appeal and making for a very fruitful re-examination of the agency's far-reaching capabilities.
