Execution

The creative execution consisted of displaying real-size 'liberated' consumers. On billboard the two-dimension characters where jumping from a billboard representing traditional bank branch to a free environment (country or seaside). In branches life-size cut-outs of consumers were placed at tellers or on the banks as reminders of clients that had now chosen 'free banking services'. On the characters one can read, 'Mr Ahmet used to wait here. Now he is saving time by using Akbank Telephone Banking Services: 44 2525'.

Outcome

According to tracking survey conducted by TNS, the 'Modern Standards' indicator item has reached its maximum level since year 2000. Other indicators like 'Trust', 'Variety of Services,' 'Active and Effective in Internet and Telephone Banking', 'Client Satisfaction' and 'Dynamic/Self Improving' have rise 10 to 20 points since the campaign.
