Description
We wanted the companies targeted to be aware of the importance of using legal software and licenses. The claim used was: "BSA Clinic, It is time to get a check up, it is time to prevent". All the information looked like a hospital test report containing the results of a medical check up and a radiography of a CPU. But this time the check up had to be done to software legality and licenses. The mailing was supported by a telemarketing campaign to set up appointments with software auditors and a website were they could get more information.
Outcome
We targeted 3.321 IT manager of companies with more than 150 employees. 20,4 % of the companies targeted are under the software regularisation process. Through the contact center we got more than 66.34 % of the surveys done which means an improvement of the reply rates compared to the previous company possitioning. 90% of those surveyed has rated as very positive the new BSA approach.
