Description
We created this GPCHI book to welcome GPC delegates to our hometown with a playful re-interpretation of the HumanKind scale, a measurement tool to evaluate creative work across the Leo Burnett network, as seen through the lens of Chicago.
Execution
We built a simple grid and typographical framework to allow for 10 different artist's creative visions to take center stage. At the end we flattened everything to one color to bring it all together.
Outcome
The book was a huge success in it's ability to educate and entertain our global partners about Chicago and at the same time get them rethinking our HumanKind scale — which we typically use to evaluate creative — by evaluating a city with it.
