Ford wanted to participate on the most important moments in life of their clients. Ford wanted to help clients to send their Christmas greeting cards from their own website www.ford.es. The greeting was sent to employees, clients, suppliers and website visitors. Via link on the Ford website, visitors could send a greeting card to their friends just by giving their name and e-mail address. The recipient receives an personalised e-mail. The online greeting received 2,000 visits. 400 cards were sent from the web.
