Description
If the mail reached the recipient without interception, the job would be done. But this was asking for the impossible, given the layers of executive and personal assistants.The solution was found in featuring the names and caricatures of the very eminent speakers on the cover of the mailer (a sure draw by itself). And in the centre, through a small window, the recipient's name also appeared, sharing the limelight with the luminaries. The personalised DM was inserted in a clear plastic bag to reveal the contents and carefully delivered to the desk of the recipient's most important personal assistant.
Outcome
Full house. 300 top corporate honchos attended. The event was a grand success!
