OVERVIEW

Description

Based on corporate customers with R$1 million to R$20 million annual revenues, focused on businesses (about 60%) and divided in between customers who have not used their credit limit for the last 6 months and those that have never used their credit limits at all, the challenge was:To activate business credit portfolio along with corporate customers.To leverage portfolio volume by R$ 5 million in a 9-month period.

Execution

Small and medium-sized companies are always susceptible to cash-flow fluctuations, unexpected expenses or opportunities that cannot wait. Creative solution focused on this kind of emergency need, by simulating a trigger against fire such as “break the glass”. Inside a briefcase, there was a check specimen filled in with the pre-approved credit limit.

Outcome

The goal was reached in 8 months, generating revenue of R$5 million, 100 times the investment (R$ 45,889.00). 11,900 clients were reached with 476 activations. The cost per impact was R$3.85, the answer rate was 4%, and the cost per answer was R$96.40. The average ticket was R$17,000.00 with a 108.95% of ROI.
