While also transporting the viewer briefly into the magic of Christmas time and the joy it brings to children and their families. Adding humour, mischief and imagination.

Hello Christmas follows the journey of one of Santas reindeer. He has found him self in rural Australia. wondering through the streets, bewildering locals. Dasher finds himself drawn to a front yard Christmas display. Spotting the blow up Santa Claus statue he thinks he will be safe to sleep for the night.

As the sun rises our Hero Girl wonders out side to find Dasher curled up asleep. Amazed but unfazed she gently stroke the reindeer and realises exactly what she needs to do.

the young girl leads the reindeer by its broken reigns and heads over to the Telstra public phone booth. There she calls Santa and Christmas is back on track.
