Description
The best ideas are the simplest. We asked, why would anyone go to a video store to rent a video and suffer all those hassles when one can easily order videos, anytime they want, from the comfort of their own couch? We simply chose to present both options (albeit hilariously skewing one) and then let the customer decide.
Outcome
This work ran April to August 2002 in various local markets. It created an average increase in revenue of 38% for the service from the previous year.
