OVERVIEW

Description

A friend in need is a friend indeed.

Also the economic crisis is a reliability and devotion test of business relations. Plan B is a manifest for all small and medium enterprises against market volatility, bureaucratic obstacles and undeveloped economy in Russia. Beeline, Russia’s leading telecom operator, in partnership with the international business school SKOLKOVO and online magazine RBC.ru claim that the small and medium business must survive and succeed even through challenging times.

Plan B – is the first free educational business program with workshops and webinars from famous Russian or foreign businessmen and experienced coaches for small and medium enterprises.

Execution

We held 7 lectures by prominent business people and 15 workshops in major Russian cities over 4 months. The whole course was available online at planb.rbc.ru. In the end, participants were tested and received a diploma.

Outcome

Business impact: Top-of-mind increase for Beeline-Business of +10%. Top-of-mind increase for Beeline-Business products of +5%.

Response rate: 700 000 visitors, 11 000 + registered participants, 1000+ participants received a diploma

Change in behaviour: the participants of Plan B determine the Beeline products as relevant for their special small and medium business. +16% increase
