Description

Phase 1. Recruit: a contest is set up in the agencies revolving around the theme of “treat yourself to a real agency manager tan”; gather email addresses by offering employees the opportunity to win a holiday in the sun. Phase 2. Communicate: “The agency”. A parody sitcom on life in the agency based on the eternal creative/sales force divide. For each crisis there is a La Poste solution. Each of six films treats a specific problem. Phase 3. La Poste solutions: each film brings a specific problem to light. An Internet link leads directly to the La Poste solution. The solution is always presented interactively: simulation, referral to other products, a free help hotline.

Outcome

Installed into 60 agencies the POS. concerned about 6,500 prospects and generated 3,500 registered persons.Internet plan: email sent to 2,500 prospects - 1,240 registered persons on website - 10% viral rate (thos who transferred the mail to a friend).
