Royal Mail launched a new addition to their Special Delivery product range. The new service guarantees to get deliveries to their destination before 9.00am or your money back. The quality and speed of the service is comparable with couriers, but can cost over 50% less. The challenge was to demonstrate just how much this service could save you on urgent overnight deliveries. In an expandable banner format, we invited users to save over 50% on their urgent delivery costs. Users could enter their specific delivery requirements including location, weight of item and how much they normally pay – and they would be given an illustration of how much they could save with Royal Mail Special Delivery.
