The situation:

Ochsner Sport is the leading distributor of sports equipment in Switzerland and wants to push its positioning as one of the best brands for winter sports expertise.

The Brief:

Many people don’t know about the ski boot fitting service or think it's way more limited than it actually is. Use audio ads to raise awareness for the service.

The Objective:

Raise awareness for the ski boot fitting service and make it clear that Ochsner Sport can make every ski boot fit on every foot.

Execution

Two feet in ski boots have a conversation in a survival situation. One of them is falling asleep, while the other one tries to keep him awake. Because he might not wake up again.

Outcome

The audio spots helped to boost Ochsner Sports perception as Switzerland's leading expert for winter sports. The unheard storytelling approach made more people aware of the ski boot fitting service and resulted in a +47% increase in boot fitting bookings compared to the previous year.
