Description

Encourage existing customers to convince friends, relatives ... to become Telenet customers. If so both the existing and new customer get rewarded.Reward for existing customers: shopping vouchers worth €40 for each new customer. Vouchers are valid in over 2000 Belgian shops.Reward for new customers: free subscription for three months.Target Audience: secured loyal customer database of Telenet.Message: Telenet wants to reward their happy customers.Creative format : The medium is the message!By using a SHOPPING BAG with all information, the meaning was clear at first sight and attention was extremely high!

Outcome

Response Mechanism:The existing customers hand over the names of people (reply card or online) he/she influenced. If these people become a Telenet customer the existing customer gets rewarded.Response:13% of the database convinced at least one person to become a Telenet customer.Which means an acquisition cost that's 22% lower than via other acquisition channels.
