AVOCADOS ARE POPULAR IN THE USA. SO MUCH, THAT THIS COUNTRY IS THE MAIN CONSUMER IN THE WORLD. THIS IS VERY GOOD NEWS FOR COLOMBIA,
BECAUSE IT EXPORTS TONS OF AVOCADOS TO THE STATES.
BUT THERE IS A SMALL PROBLEM AT THE TIME OF CONSUMING AN AVOCADO: YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR IT TO MATURE.
SO WE HAD TO THINK OF A SOLUTION THAT HELPED AMERICANS TASTE A PERFECTLY RIPED COLOMBIAN AVOCADO.

IN COLOMBIA, WE HAVE AN INGENIOUS, SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE WAY TO RIPE AVOCADOS: WE WRAPPED THEM IN NEWSPAPER.
