Description

Bob is a typical, like-able fellow who does something important in the company.  We don't know exactly what it is, but he has called in UPS and they have helped him accomplish something.  His colleagues get wind of it and want credit, to know how he did it, a piece of the action.

Execution

The objective was to capture a company of aggressive, paranoid, credit-grabbing corporate types who are all jealous because they've heard that their normal, common-sense colleague "Bob" has done something with UPS that has helped him succeed within the organization.

The challenge was to make the people feel real and not like cartoon characters - to make them somewhat diabolical but not outright evil...these are the kind of people we all work with every day and outside the office they may be perfectly normal. Only when they pass through the doors of the company do they become deceitful, manipulative and controlling. Bob, who is normal, just shrugs it off as business-as-usual.
