Background
The most successful Spanish series on Netflix came to an end after 5 seasons. We had to create an action capable of surprising and living up to such a milestone for the Spanish audience.
Idea
A stunt of 16,000 fake ingots with the iconography of the series in one of the most central and most watched metro stations in Madrid: Banco de España.
A stunt designed and created to be stolen by fans of the series, generating exactly the same experience that happened in the series.
Strategy
As soon as the activation went viral, people of all ages flocked to take selfies, and the "cheeky" ones, to take a souvenir of the Money Heist.
Execution
A stunt in one of the most guarded and central metro stations in Madrid.
