MAN 1: I was traveling from Berne to Lugano. My navigation system showed the way – due northwest.
A few kilometres up the road, I saw a snitcher standing on the side of the road.
You know the type of guy who gives you the finger so that you’ll give him a lift.
I pulled over to the left, raised the window and asked where he was headed. He answered: MAN 2: Oslo.
MAN 1: I opened the door of my Peugeot and said “Hop in, it’s on my way”.
But soon it turned out that he meant Oslo in Chile, not in Belgium.“Doesn’t matter”, he said, “I’ve always wanted to see the pyramids”.
