McKinney wanted to do an innovative online holiday card to help spread cheer to our friends and others around the globe. From that, Snowglobe Boy was born. Simply put, Snowglobe Boy was a guy living inside an inflatable snow globe spreading mirth to all who came into contact with him. From the microsite, users could watch him live 24 hours a day through three webcams and use the chat function to say hello. The results after just one week were amazing. 60,000 visitors. Countless mentions on blogs and forums. Coverage by major media outlets. 11th most popular search on Google. 2nd most popular search on msn.com.
