Chitose airport in Sapporo Japan was renewed in 2011.
It became a unique airport with not only restaurants and shops but also a cinema and baths to enjoy the natural hot spring.
Implementation
The campaign was to establish the airport as a one of a kind airport.
Outcome
The communication was aimed at 18m annual airport users, to help keep the airport as the 3rd most popular one in the nation.
