Avis’ “We Try Harder” campaign started in 1962, and is still the company’s tagline. Our re-imagined ad puts that sentiment to the test with real feedback from Avis customers, allowing users to create personalised films from their Avis stories in just seconds. Users answer simple and open-ended questions, and the ad then compiles a film from a pool of thousands of animation and voiceover files. The ad also encourages users to share negative stories and request feedback from Avis. The stories are testaments to Avis’ commitment to customer service, and they help the company find new ways to “try harder."
