Description
Old ERP systems were rigid, inflexible and provided little overview, so it was high time for business software which provided flexibility and transparency. This idea was taken very literally in the execution of invitational mailings.
Mailing 1: 'Flexibility'The letter was printed on rubber.Mailing 2: 'Transparency'The invitational mailing was completely see-through.
Outcome
Mailing one resulted in over 3.5% of recipients registering for the event. Mailing 2 resulted in 9.5% of recipients wanting more clarity on the subject and hence signing up for the event.
