Description

Actual candles of a smoking man were sent to a database of smokers on a quit programme to remind them of the consequences, and to keep them off cigarettes.

Outcome

The client indicated that hardly anyone on the Quit Smoking programme dropped out during that particular period. The retention of people on the programme was exceptional, according to them.
