Description

This film belongs to the Untaggable Series by NOWNESS as part of the Audi Q2 #untaggable launch campaign.

This film explores how music escapes from a definition; how music can mean different, personal things to very different people separated by time and space, but also how the same piece of music can unify them.

It features an intimate meeting between two people. Both are dancing to the same piece of music, in synchronicity: sometimes mirroring each other moving in unison, sometimes moving as partners in a choreographed harmony.

However they are both a whole continent apart. Although they start together, they are then transported by the untaggability of music to a time and place which is personal to them.

For the audience, the illustration is simple to real : the two people are in their own worlds but sharing them with each other through music.
