China is one of 13 countries with a critical water shortage. We have developed campaigns for One Foundation to save water.

Effectiveness

Over 3,000 singles distributed, and over 20,000 downloads in just 4 weeks. The campaign generated free press from 50 different media sources. And we had more than 300,000 Weibo retweets and comments. Unexpectedly, we received 200 new 1-minute shower songs created by the public.We picked the 10 best songs and created the 1-minute shower album. Now singing can really save water, and the song has only just begun...

Implementation

We collaborated with a DJ from popular music radio station to release the song to the public.In major music stores, we distributed the one minute song for free. It came with a special shower curtain, with the lyrics printed on the inside, to help people to sing along. After the launch, a '1-minute song' mobile app became available to turn any of your favourite songs on your device into a 1-minute version.
