Write a short summary of what happens in the film
Ever thought that the goings-on in the House of Commons sometimes resembles that of a noisy zoo? You're not alone. This advert shows you just what it would be like if the politicians were replaced by an animal counterpart.
Cultural/Context information for the jury
The United Kingdom are obviously under going political turmoil with the uncertainty of Brexit. The advert was aired a month before the deal is to go ahead so it is a particularly tongue-in-cheek viewing for the audience here.
Tell the jury about the visual effects and summarise any relevant challenges or techniques.
Most of the animals were shot on green screen with a two camera rig enabling us to always be certain of having the right perspective whenever we got a good bit of performance. There are also several CG animals that had to be integrated alongside the real ones. The interior background is entirely computer-generated and had to be lit and graded in a way that was aesthetically engaging but would also work with the restrictions of how we could shoot the green screen.
