BriefExplanation
In this film we show real women practicing sports. Pushing themselves under the harshest conditions. Even after blood has been drawn. They hit the ground. They hit each other. They don’t give up. A little blood doesn’t stop them.
When they take a tumble, they get up.
Blood is a normal thing in sports.
So why is it different when it comes to menstrual blood?
MediaStrategy
Women can be tender and soft. But also wild and instinctive. Strong and agile. Mental and physical. Mother and sexy. The dualities that surrounds woman’s life creates an unique power. Cinematography enhances the duality concept combining beauty with rawness, poetry with sport performance.
It also creates interesting contrasts - sometimes the camera work is smooth and calm, sometimes it is dirty and aggressive.
