For the first time ever, the South East Asian Games will be featuring eSports as an official sport. But sadly, eSports don’t get the same respect that they deserve as other more traditional sports. Given that professional eSports events are relatively new in the Philippines, most Filipinos think that they are just about playing video games.

Not all Filipinos are aware of the rigors that go into the actual training outside of simply playing the game. To help eSports gain the same standing as other well-known sports, we highlighted a lesser known aspect of the training that goes into eSports: physical fitness.
