BriefExplanation
In this film we see four of the worlds greatest/most polarising footballers, Luis Suarez, Karim Benzema, Gareth Bale, and James Rodriguez, standing in a clean space either vulnerable or nonchalant, we're not sure. They get told by a 'swaggy' voice what people hate about them. As the voice explains, "they hate the way you walk... talk... stand up and stand out..." we punctuate the words with pop imagery mostly created in post production. Visualising all the ways people see these superstars, each time in a different style, to achieve the eclectic colour of the world in which the trolls dwell. Over 32 cutaways, squeezed into a minute of high intensity madness, show us supernatural power, over growing muscles, human target, hip hop video cliches, alchemy, action Bale, voodoo, super jets, lazer grannies and other mind blowing/numbing visuals. Finally the VO says, "and they hate your shiny new boots... because they wish they were in 'em". The players then break their pose and cheekily present the product. The music drops and we see an even more insane reprise/bombardment/explosion of additional stuff. Finally landing #therewillbehaters, alongside a dynamic shot of the product.
