Overview

Write a short summary of what happens in the film.

The film follows a female protagonist only through her feet as she escapes a war torn country and goes on to become and Olympic athlete.

Tell the jury about the creation of the original music track.

We brainstormed scenarios of 'being open to anything' that could be look as good on film as they sounded in lyrical form.

The lyrics were threaded together with a catchy melody inspired by musical theatre, which built over time into an epic chorus crescendo.

Laura-Leigh Smith musically directed the performers on set, teaching them the song in an incredibly short amount of time and ensuring all aspects of sync were nailed.

Writing a song about openness to be performed by a polar bear, man, woman and alien, was a lot of fun!
