OVERVIEW

Describe any restrictions or regulations regarding Health & Wellness communications in your country/region including:

The Code of Ethics Regulations of the Medical Council of India protects patients’ rights, by comparing the code with the charter of patients’ rights of the Consumer Guidance Society of India.

Health & Wellness work must demonstrate how it meets the criteria 'life-changing creativity'. Why is your work relevant for Health & Wellness?

In India, people don’t take their health seriously, they ignore early symptoms, and due to this ignorance, they find themselves in a very critical situation. That’s why, they need to check themselves regularly for a healthy life. Max healthcare came up with Preventive Health Packages and wanted an effective solution.

Cultural/Context information for the jury

We have captive audiences who come to Max itself – either for a doctor visit or they are waiting for patients' recovery. We can coax them with effective communication to get a check done.

The campaign is based on a powerful visual idea, where we have shown that people relaxing with baby wild animals.

Thus, sending a simple message to the audience, that anything can be tackled easily when it is small or at an early stage.

Generally, in hospitals, we see very informative or infographic posters, which does not grab any attention from the people. And that’s how it becomes a blind spot. Using animals in a space like a hospital will grab eyeballs. This will allow us to tell the story effectively.
