DM includes items like the VSBM very long cigar for big successes, VSBM eau de toilette [smells like money], and fluffy VSBM-branded bathrobes.
Outcome
Like the name says, it was very successful - over 3,000 unique visits to the site to date and several invitations to pitch.
Relevancy
The ultimate benefit of a successful brand to a brand manager is a successful career. So it seemed highly appropriate to communicate this idea with a lifestyle magazine for the super wealthy brand manager. The website provides a hook to entertain and intrigue new business prospects. The companion magazine functions as a platform to showcase our agency and the work. The DM component [long cigars and branded champagne] reinforced the idea and created a whole universe around the VSBM brand that was bigger than a simple self-promotional ad.
