IBM needed to present its hosting offerings and capabilities in a way that would more effectively speak to the range of flexible, reliable, scalable solutions the company provides.Objectives:The goals of this site were to position IBM as capable of providing a full spectrum of hosting services to meet a variety of e-business needs; to differentiate IBM in the hosting arena; and to create a compelling reason for prospective customers to engage IBM in developing a hosting solution.Target Group:The site is geared toward IT managers and executives (those who make or influence the hosting decision) in traditional companies with mission-critical Web sites, and in dot coms.
